Support for ARRAY data type

In OpenEdge Release 10.0B, OpenEdge SQL did not allow the creation of columns of ARRAY data type, and provided limited support for referencing ARRAY columns created by Progress 4GL.

With Release 10.1A, OpenEdge SQL now allows the creation of ARRAY columns and supports subscripted ARRAY references.
